Gerina-Piller

Born on March 29th, 1985 in Roswell New Mexican. Gerina Michelle Mendoza has been her given name. Gerina Stevenson was born to Mexican parentage Rita Stevenson and Alan Stevenson. The mother of two is a Mexican by blood but has American nation by birth. Since the age of a child, she has had a strong interest in playing athletics. Gerina first began playing golf at the age of 15. Gerina attended Goddard High School for her high school education. As a high school student, Gerina won in the New Mexico golf state tournament. The volleyball abilities of her were recognized at the national scale. 2003was the year she started her studies in The University of Texas. She won all of the tournaments she played in during her senior year. Through her college years she was awarded the Conference USA Player of The Award and the Female UTEP Sports Athlete Award.
